These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Lil' Lou's, LLC website and to quotes, proofs, personalized products, custom engraving work, and purchases made directly from Lil' Lou's. By submitting a custom request, approving a proof, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to that interaction.

Many Lil' Lou's products are made to order or personalized. Materials, colors, finishes, dimensions, engraving results, and availability may vary. Natural materials such as wood, slate, leather-like materials, or stone may contain variations in grain, color, texture, thickness, or surface character that are not defects.

We may decline a project that is unsafe, technically unsuitable, unlawful, outside available production capabilities, or inconsistent with reasonable business policies.

Website prices, examples, and starting prices may be estimates or demo content until live checkout and final product listings are enabled. Custom work, bulk quantities, customer-supplied items, rush requests, special materials, artwork preparation, and shipping may require a separate quote.

An inquiry or quote request does not create an obligation to produce an item. An order is accepted when Lil' Lou's confirms the order and any required payment, deposit, artwork, personalization details, and approvals have been received.

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval. This includes names, spelling, dates, telephone numbers, addresses, medical information, emergency-contact information, artwork placement, quantities, and other personalized details.

Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. If a customer-approved proof contains an error supplied or approved by the customer, remake, refund, or replacement rights may be limited and may require additional payment.

By submitting a logo, photograph, design, trademark, text, handwriting sample, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it for the requested product.

You grant Lil' Lou's a limited right to reproduce, resize, convert, engrave, print, or otherwise process submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, produce, fulfill, or support your order.

Lil' Lou's may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

If Lil' Lou's agrees to engrave an item supplied by the customer, the customer accepts the ordinary risks associated with laser processing, including unexpected coatings, material reactions, concealed defects, discoloration, finish changes, or damage. Testing may be recommended or required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, liability for a customer-supplied item is limited to the amount paid to Lil' Lou's for the engraving service itself.

Medical, emergency-contact, travel, luggage, and identification tags sold by Lil' Lou's are identification products only. They are not medical devices, medical advice, monitoring services, emergency-response services, or substitutes for professional medical care or an official medical-alert service.

The customer is solely responsible for deciding what information to place on an identification product and for confirming its accuracy, currency, readability, and suitability for the intended use.

Payment terms may vary by order. Lil' Lou's may require full payment, a deposit, or other payment arrangements before materials are ordered or production begins. If third-party payment services are used, their separate terms may also apply.

Because personalized and custom products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be cancellable, returnable, or refundable after production begins unless the product is defective, damaged in fulfillment, materially different from the approved proof or order, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-personalized products, if offered, may be subject to separate return rules. Shipping and return details may also be stated on the Shipping & Returns page or in an order-specific quote.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless Lil' Lou's expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline. Timing may be affected by proof approval, artwork quality, material availability, order volume, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers should disclose event dates and hard deadlines before approving an order. Lil' Lou's is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as required by applicable law.

Product photographs, mockups, screen previews, and proofs are intended to be reasonably representative. Screen settings and material differences can affect color and appearance. Minor variations in placement, tone, grain, texture, engraving depth, contrast, or finish are normal for customized and small-batch products.

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, designs, and other original content are owned by Lil' Lou's or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization except as allowed by law.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files or code, impersonate others, or use the website for unlawful activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. Except for any express product commitments made in writing and rights that cannot legally be waived, Lil' Lou's disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lil' Lou's will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, delay, loss of event opportunity, customer-supplied content, or use of a personalized product.

For a claim arising from a specific order, Lil' Lou's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid to Lil' Lou's for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from content or artwork you submit, your infringement of another person's intellectual-property rights, unlawful use of a product, or material violation of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue directly. Any dispute that proceeds in court should be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado, subject to any non-waivable rights or venue rules that apply.

Lil' Lou's may update these Terms & Conditions as products, sales channels, technology, or legal requirements change. The version posted when an order is accepted will generally govern that order unless another written agreement applies.
